Identity and Relationships: Becoming Who We Are (a 3- week workshop)

A 3-week workshop to discover the power of group development and how to create our lives together with who we are becoming.

When we refer to identity, what are we talking about? What does it say about us? about the "other"?

The binary view of the world is deeply ingrained in our society. The coexistence of binary, nonbinary and identity/beyond identity can be a source of discomfort, worry and even conflicts in our relationships, including our family. It can also be an opportunity to redefine the way we relate with others and create our lives together with who we are becoming.

You want to feel supported and valued in your identity? You don't to be limited by some of the constraints of identity? You don't know how to navigate with your friends, colleagues and family? This workshop is for you.

In this 3-week Zoom conversation, we will explore and play together with our cultural and philosophical assumptions around identities and how it impacts our relationships to others.
