Practice how to respond to life’s challenges with others and create joy.

Are you feeling stuck, lonely or wanting something more out of life? Maybe you're looking for deeper connections or ways to cope with tough emotions, grief or depression? We can help you.

Welcome to our Social Therapeutic group, led by Aurelie and Marian. We’ve come up with a special way to help people like you to fosters connection, exploration, and healing through creativity and shared experiences.

Every week, we meet in a room to let our imagination loose and connect with others. We talk and create with feelings & thoughts, share stories, challenge old beliefs, and build relationships. We get to practice important skills like listening, staying curious, being flexible, demanding and showing kindness. We explore new territories and honor the complexity of our human experience. And that is joy.

Our goal isn't to fix problems quickly or give easy answers. Instead, we believe in the healing journey itself, guided by care, curiosity, and a desire to grow with others.

  • Every Wednesday 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

  • Group led by Aurélie Harp and Marian Rich.

  • The Actors Theatre Workshop, 145 West 28th Street, 3F, New York, NY 10001
