IN PERSON SOCIAL THERAPEUTIC GROUP (NYC)
If you feel stuck, lonely, or seeking deeper connections and ways to cope with emotions, grief, or depression, we’re here for you.
Join our Social Therapeutic group with Aurelie and Marian and discover the power of group creativity to build a joyful, meaningful life together.
Weekly, we meet to share stories, explore feelings, challenge beliefs, and build relationships. Our goal isn't to fix problems quickly or give easy answers. Instead, we believe in the healing journey itself, guided by care, curiosity, and a desire to grow with others.
Practice listening, curiosity, flexibility, kindness and joy in a safe space that honors our complex human experience.
When: Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 pm
Where: Actors Theatre Workshop, 145 West 28th St, 3F, New York, NY 10001
Led by Aurélie Harp and Marian Rich
