Get ready to join Aurelie and Jess on a playful journey of exploration of our lives in relationship to others.

Our group  is intended for those navigating life transitions, looking to build belonging and meaningful connection with a global community. Why join a therapeutic group?

“Being in group is very powerful . Even more than I could imagine” S.F., France

Group therapy -  where the same group of people meet regularly for a collective discussion- offers a supportive and diverse space to explore relating more authentically. It might suit better to your needs, or support your individual work. With the help of the therapists, participants commit to bring their presence, perspective, openness, curiosity and compassion. In our group, you will have opportunity to develop:

  • Shared vulnerability : Often, we hold back from admitting to certain thoughts, judgements or feelings out of fear of being exposed in a shameful way.  In a group setting, we discover how many of our deepest fears and insecurities are human and ordinary.

  • Collective accountability: a group offers both a unique environment for development, where participants are encouraged to be honest, demanding and compassionate with one another.

  • Meaningful relationships : In a group you learn that you are not alone and that you have companions committed to supporting you.

Led by by social therapeutic coach Aurelie Harp and psychotherapist Jessica Herbert

About Aurelie and Jess:

We met on stage 15 years ago in London and immediately connected around their love for theater, anthropology, sociology and what it means to be human. A few years ago, and now living on different continents, we reconnected via zoom and began a series of ongoing conversations around their shared experience of fusing theater, coaching and therapy in their work. From these transformative exchanges grew the desire to collaborate, and invite more curious people into our therapeutic and philosophical conversations about the relationship between life and creativity.

“We effect ‘cure’ by creating something new together.”  Fred Newman

The world has gone mad and it can make us feel stuck, powerless and isolated as if we lived separated experiences in our cultures, various identities. That is one part of the world narrative, it is up to us to create the whole generative narrative. And we can do it because humans are creative!

Fred Newman, the founder of social therapy when he said “I think creativity is an enormously underused tool in the area of mental health … I’ve come to see the therapeutic work I do as close to the theater work.  I believe that we effect ‘cure’ by creating something new together.”
